is there a true natural way to restore aging skin?

There are so many thousands of products on the market, and even so many "natural" products. I am 43 and starting to see the sag begin. what are the real products/herbs/oils etc. that really work for halting this horrible aging process. I think I have a pretty good diet, and i try to use good products on my skin.
