What is best to Relieve eye strain and headaches when wearing Glasses?

Hi, soon I will be going for an appointment at specsavers for my annual check up. Now as lke always I have suffered from frequent headaches and eye strain. Not very nice when you are still at school and it becomes hard to concentrate.
Anyway What I want to know is what is the best option to sort of Relieve these type of symptoms. is it having tinted lenses or to have reactions. I hav no idea what these type of lenses look like but if someone could send me an image as an example that would be great.
Also is it possible for someone my age 15 to be able to get the different types of lenses? do I just have to go and ask?
Any help on this will be great and if you could tell me wheather the tinted lenses or reations are better that would be super. Oh and I also have to think of the price tinted lenses are £12 and reactions are £49 so I will have to talk to my mum about that but if anything i think it will be the tints

Thanks
Ben

Hmmm - I'm guessing you're a brit, and I don't quite understand all of your language, but I'll try :)
It'd be my guess that the actual lenses aren't going to make much of a difference - changing the prescription would help the most, I'd reckon. Also, if your glasses are too tight (either at the sides or at the nose, anywhere!) that can definitely cause headaches.
I think the pain behind the eyes is usually a tension headache - and the solution to that is ibuprofin! I'd figure that, more than tinted lenses, would be the solution. But I suppose the people at the eye doctor's would know better than me. Good luck!

A very close friend of mine found herself in a dilema, well spoken and knowledgable but the fact still remained she had a fear, fear of rejection. No matter how many times I would explain to her that sales is a numbers game and that your gonna have to go through the no's to get to the yes, she still would cringe at the fact of having to speak to people in order to finalize the sale.

Statistics show that 90-95% of the people who go into sales cannot handle this, and eventually leave the profession. Vivid pictures painted so perfect over the internet of glamorous lifestyles: the fancy car, the yacht, and the house on the hill. They fail or tell you later what is expected or what it will take to travel down that road to get their. Unfortunately, being rejected is a part of the scenario when your in this line of business. How you handle rejection is the key to success.

100 no's to get to one yes is what alot of gurus say has to happened in order to a sale.(typically) Successful salespeople understand that rejection is all part of the numbers game, so they don't let it get them down. They know that if, on average 99 people out of 100 are going to reject their product, then all they have to do is find 100 people in order to make a sale. The cup isn't half empty; it's half full.

Rejection is no longer to be feared, but something to be accepted as a normal part of the sales and marketing process. When you take the emotions out of the equation you come to realize that it's just another day at the office. So gear up, take the bull by the horns, and concentrate on what's really important. Staying consistent with what you do. Furthermore, I told my friend that sales is a numbers game, with far more losses than wins but if you can handle the no's when you do get that yes it will be worth your hardship.
