Your picture is that of a 'sari'. The women sometime cover their face with a portion of the sari and is referred to as 'ghoonghat'/'ghunghat'

Kidney
The purpose of the kidneys is to filter the water in your blood as the blood passes through them. The kidneys filter about 4 gallons of water every day but only around 3 pints are purged out as urine. Consumption of too much alcohol and sugar will damage the kidney since they kill kidney cells and weaken the kidney functions.
To keep toxins from accumulating in the body and skin, human body requires water. Consumption of clean water daily will allow kidneys to remove toxins and excess nutrients, vitamins and minerals from the blood. When you consume plenty of water the skin does not have to act as a filter to extract excess waste from the blood, as it done by your kidney and passed as urine.
Water plays a major role in keeping your skin moist. Moist skin layers helps to protect itself from bacteria and toxins that try to penetrate through the skin pores. As a substitute to water, you may drink fresh juices and eat fruits and vegetables. Drinking sodas and other drinks that have sugar cannot be counted as water.
Lungs
As you breathe in air, the two large sacs in your body called lungs extract the oxygen and passes on to the blood. This in turn gets routed to your liver and moved into your heart and then moved to all parts of the body. As you breathe out, waste and carbon dioxide are pushed out from the system through the mouth.
Your body requires energy for its movements. This energy is created by the cells using the oxygen. Oxygen is also used to neutralize toxins, waste and pathogen.
Your cells use oxygen to create energy for you to live by. You need energy for every movement your body does. Oxygen is also used to neutralize toxins, waste and pathogen. So if your body contains more toxins, acid waste and pathogens, the more oxygen is used up to neutralize them. As a result there will be less oxygen in the system for cell, organ and other body functions.
If your body's other elimination channels are weak and overloaded, the lungs will have to pickup the job of eliminating the toxic waste from the system and eventually will be overloaded as well. As a result more waste stays in the body, making it more toxic, acid and susceptible to disease and infections.
If you have liver, lungs and kidney weaknesses, most likely you will have skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc.
Lymphatic System
Lymphatic system is a series of tubes, large and small, that covers your entire body and it is part of your immune system. Since this system does not have a form of pump, the flow of whitish liquid called lymph is pushed through the tubes by the body movement and exercise. The Lymph liquid is responsible for bringing nutrients to the cells from the blood and to move away toxins that come out of the cells. These toxins are moved to lymph nodes through lymph liquid into blood and eliminated through other channels.
A strong lymph liquid is built when you consume fruits and vegetable since they are composed of electrolyte minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium phosphorus, and chloride. When the body does not have enough electrolyte minerals, excess toxic waste accumulates in the lymph liquid. As a result the body will have a difficult time fighting infections wherever they occur, including the face.
When you lymph system becomes weaken, it is unable to detoxify toxins and routes them into the blood where the liver is expected to clean the blood. Keeping you lymph system strong is important for keeping your skin free of blemishes, skin disorders, eczema and acne.
