If I tan for 7 minutes a week and use a lot of moisturizer will it really effecty my skin?
The moisturizer I use has SPF 15 and it protects against UVB and UV rays.....I mean is it REALLY going to effect my skin...it seems to make it look healthier.
7 minutes in a tanning bed...I probably should have added that.
WRONG! You will not be fine. You are however steps ahead of all the others not taking this precaution. No matter what you do, you are and will damage your skin. It may not show now but it will sooner or later. Even if you are tanning very little. I used to own a tanning salon and my mother owned one when I was younger. Therefore Im not some anti tan activist but I am upfront with the effects. Its just like any other appearance-concious thing we do like blowdrying our hair, or cosmetic surgery etc. So all in all, if this is your choice to tan, you are making a wise decision with the protection, but you will still damage your skin. I use a bed for 4 weeks to get a base tan then I use spray on. And please, please always use eye protection. I suggest not tanning your face in the bed.
Even people who do not have the misfortune of getting acne or pimples sometimes had to deal with black heads. How to get rid of black heads is a question that gets asked a lot. Depending on your skin tone and your situation there can be a lot of different answers but generally there are a few tips you can follow regardless of your skin condition that will help you eliminate black heads.
Blackheads are small "plugs" that develop in the pores of the skin. They are caused when the over active sebaceous (oil producing) glands in the skin become clogged with oil. This sebum then begins to harden in the pore. Since skin pores are open to the air, the top part of the hardened sebum or oil oxidizes, turning black. This black top of the oil plug is then forced closer to the surface of skin by the oil hardening beneath it. This then causes the blackhead to be visible.
Pimples are shape of the conditions of the skin that can be very difficult in getting rid of blackheads. These awkward blemishes can replace the feature of the surface of your skin. They can have an effect on any individual at any time and nearly everybody will come across them at least one time in their life. They may well not just come into sight on your face; they can also build up on your back and arms also.
Most the time blackheads are the result of improper skin care. Too often people overuse skin care products, first drying out their skin with the wrong cleanser for their skin type, not using a toner to close the pores before applying a moisturizer, and using the wrong moisturizer for their skin type. There are many skin care products that contain harsh chemicals that are detrimental to the environment and may cause harm to your health and skin over time.
How to get rid of blackheads depends on what you can to do treat you skin. Blackheads cause a lot of emotional pain for many people. Thus, there is a lot of interest in finding the best possible blackhead cures. Blackheads are caused by too much sebum oil in the skin being trapped in the poor. This oil mixes with dead skin cells and other foreign contaminants. The result is a blackhead. Blackheads can easy end up as acne pimples because the area around the blackhead is more prone to infection.
The first main distinction in removing blackheads is whether you want to use a tool that directly protracts the blackhead, or a treatment or skin cream that passively attacks the offending element. A protracting tool is essentially a metal device that aims to directly pull out the blackhead through a gentle squeezing process. Although the procedure is not designed to be particularly painful at all, many individuals do experience pain in the process, and this must be taken into account in the consideration of this particular method. If this is the method you choose, you want to most importantly be well informed before proceeding, so that you can best anticipate any and all problems that might arise.
