Does it matter what age you use antiaging product?:What if you really need them?

Ive seen alot of young women now days that already have wrinkles, and sun spots,or whatever they call it (sun exposure)...and stuff like that..Can they still use the anti aging things since even if theyre so young...i think my sis need stuff for her eyes.lol

just make sure she doesn't get stuff that's specifically for older skin. it'll be too heavy for someone under 35 and may do more damage to her skin.

i've been using anti-wrinkle stuff since i was 16. i'm almost 30 now, recently quit smoking after 10 years, and live in hawaii so i'm in the sun every day of the year and i have NO wrinkles or sunspots. it's never too early to start taking care of your face!

There has been a lot of talk recently about collagen and the effect it has on your skin. You probably have seen big brand skin care products advertising the fact that they have collagen as an active ingredient. The problem is that this collagen has been sourced from pigs or cows, which can cause allergic reactions and irritations. Also, collagen cannot be applied topically to your skin because the molecules are too large to be absorbed.

Through the use of skin care moisturizer creams, people are able to delay getting those annoying and unsightly aging wrinkles that often appear on their foreheads, under their eyes, and on other places on their body. By delaying these things, they are able to appear to be younger than they really are, which in turn in many cases gives them a better quality of life, which should be the ultimate goal for everyone.

When you get older you have to pay attention to your metabolism. You get older, you put on weight, so you need to exercise. In fact, you should exercise at least twenty minutes a day. My grandfather could swim or ice skate for hours. When I was in grade school he'd stop by our house after school (he was already retired) and he'd say "I found good ice." He hated skating indoors. It was always on ponds or creeks.

Now for a word about prices of Wrinkle creams. The prices of these products can vary greatly, they may cost you from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars. You should not expect that since a product costs more it will work better - cheaper products containing the right combination of ingredients can be better than a costly product containing less favorable ingredients. It is a good idea to check the ingredient list of several different products against each other before making a purchase. Also, before you go out and check at a store, read some customer reviews to see if any of the people who have already purchased the product have anything good or bad to say about it.

As you age, the amount of free radicals in your body increases. These are created by your own cells as well as introduced from outside from food or chemicals that may be present in your environment. Free radicals cause wrinkles by attacking and breaking down skin cells. As your skin cells age and break down you lose collagen. Collagen is important because it helps keep the skin elastic and plump. In the absence of this collagen your skin cells deflate and this causes the appearance of wrinkles.

As you will be focusing on anti-aging exercise plan, you'll resolve another potential concern of weight gain. Involvement in games, energetic relaxation time activities, ordinary work outs or anything of your liking - they all comes under anti-aging exercise. In addition, exercise is a helpful way to put off aging. Doing exercises for about just 30 minutes each day will support your mind and body considerably. Upbeat energy runs throughout the body with daily exercise and also builds the muscles stronger.

You ever wonder how some people can look like they are 30 when they are pushing 50? Besides living a healthy lifestyle (no smoking, only moderately drinking, and exercising a few times a week) and practicing a balanced diet (eating plenty of fruits and veggies with healthy nutrients and not a lot of processed foods), these people are probably consistently using a quality set of anti-aging skin care products as well.

Where can i find a Vegan bakery in New York City?

i have a son who is having a birthday soon, and he is allergic to milk and eggs. I ready don't feel like make one my self.

I am sure that there is a vegan bakery in NYC but I don't know of one; however, if you cannot find one and since you do not want to make a vegan cake yourself, how about making him his favorite pie or cobbler instead. Pies can be just as festive for birthdays as cakes and there are so many flavors and kinds to chose from.

WA

The chocolate chip cookie is an American classic. It's the favorite cookie of many people, and the New York Times even produced an article about them which is still getting 'buzz'. It's no surprise that this cookie is such a big favorite, it's very down-to-earth, and is often a comfort food. It's also easy to make at home, if you don't try to get overly exotic with it.

Chocolate chip cookies come in two basic textures, chewy and crispy. This recipe is for the chewiest, most melt-in-your-mouth delicious chocolate chippers you've had. If you like crispy cookies, stay far away because these bake up puffy, light and never oily. The soft moist cookies are full of big gooey chocolate chips. They taste fantastic hot from the oven, and keep well in sealed containers. However, because they are moist and rich-tasting with no preservatives, they should be refrigerated after a few days to prevent mold. (Much like a bakery-fresh moist bread, these cookies need care to not go stale)

Extra fact:
Most cookie recipes only make cookies of ONE size. If you attempt to make the cookies at a size that is not described in the original recipe, you'll run into problems such as undercooking while edges burn, or over-done cookies despite the bake-time. These cookies can easily be made in ANY of THREE sizes!

From ¼ cup scoops of dough at once for giant cookies...to
1.5 tablespoon sized medium cookies...and
1 .5 teaspoon size regular cookies

With this recipe the size is totally up to you! Just adjust the baking time accordingly. (seen below) A big chocolate chip cookie can make a nice 'thank you' gift for someone you know. When it's home made, it really shows you care...and you only need to spend minutes making them!

How could a chocolate chip cookie get even better?
What if it had HALF the fat of an ordinary cookie?
What if it tasted richer and chewier than an ordinary cookie?
And what if it had fiber, and healthy nutrients as well?

The seemingly impossible becomes possible with this fantastic chocolate chip cookie recipe. In one easy batch, these could become your new favorites. Chia Gel is your secret to a better tasting, lower fat cookie that has extra nutrition. You can find the recipe for Chia Gel below.

Ultra Chewy Chia Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you'll need:

Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
½ heaping tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Wet Ingredients
8 tbsp butter (works best if melted first)
4 tbsp chia gel
¼ cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk only

First, pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees and grease your cookie sheets. Mix the melted butter, and both sugars until well blended. Then add the vanilla, applesauce, whole egg and egg yolk. Stir again until thoroughly combined. Last add in your chia gel and stir again. In another bowl, combine the rest of the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips. (Flour, baking soda, salt) Once the dry ingredients are mixed, add them slowly to the wet ingredients with a wooden spoon. Stir only until just combined. Last, add in the 2 cups chocolate chips.

Suggestion:
If you're making large or medium size cookies, you can use Jumbo chocolate chips or chocolate chunks.
If you're making regular or small size cookies, regular-size chocolate chips work best

Sizes:
If you use ¼ cup batter per cookie bake for about 15 minutes (Large)
If you use 1.5 tbsp batter per cookie bake for about 12 minutes (Medium)
If you use 1.5 tsp batter per cookie bake for about 10 minutes (regular/small)

When done baking, the cookies will become golden brown. The edges may appear lightly toasted but the centers will still be soft and puffy. Be careful not to over bake.

Make Chia Gel

Chia gel is super easy to make, and it's the key to the healthy kick these cookies pack. Due to its unique gelling property, it replaces half of the butter in this recipe, without changing the flavor. Chia seeds have no flavor of their own when you make the gel with filtered water. You won't even know they're in the cookies.

1 tbsp dry chia seeds
9 tbsp filtered water

In a seal-able container, simply scoop in the chia seeds and add the 9 tbsp filtered water. Stir with a fork to prevent clumping, and let stand for about 10 to 15 minutes. The seeds will each have formed a thick gel around them. This gel can now be used to replace up to half the butter or oil in almost any baked recipe.

How do creams easily travel throught the epidermis?

they are frequently called transdermal cremes, they are lipophylic, and are deposited in the tissue in and around the epidermis, and are circulated throughout the body by the circulatory system, they are very effective when available.

Airports, train and bus stations, and any other place where travelers congregate in close quarters are where pickpockets love to operate. There are many dos and don'ts to avoid becoming a victim when you travel on vacation, most of which are common sense. Here are some of them.

Do not wear expensive jewelry, even expensive looking costume jewelry or an expensive looking watch as that is just an invitation to be robbed.

Wear a money belt under you shirt or blouse to help foil pickpockets or muggers. It is a good idea to put your things in a Ziploc bag and then put the bag in your money belt. The reason for this is that the money belt and the items in it will get soaked from your perspiration, especially in hot climates, and this will keep them dry. Do not open up your money belt in public to take out cash, travelers checks, or credit cards.

Before you leave on vacation, it might be worth it to sew a few pockets on the inside of your slacks, skirts, or underclothing where you can carry some spare cash when you are out and about for the day. If you are carrying cash, travelers checks, or credit cards on your person, you should divide them up and put them in different pockets. That way if a pickpocket is successful, he or she won't get everything. It also makes sense to use a safety pin to make each pocket opening smaller so that a pickpocket will have difficulty pulling anything out of your pockets without you being aware of it.

If a number of children gather around you in the street and cause a commotion, you are likely being targeted by pickpockets who are using the children to distract you. If a couple of locals start a yelling and shoving match near you, they could be a distraction for pickpockets. Another method of distraction is to have someone collapse and fall down in front of you. When you bend over to help them, the pickpocket goes into action. A variation involves two thieves working together, one gently dropping some ice cream, ketchup or mustard on one of your shoulders and then distracting you by pointing to the mess and helping to wipe it off. The other pickpocket will then go into action.

Pickpockets prefer to target men with their wallets invitingly exposed in their back pockets, and obese people because they are less likely to feel their pockets being picked. You must be especially vigilant in airports, bus and train stations and watch your luggage, camera, and laptop like a hawk as they can disappear in an instant. Keep in mind that pickpockets love tourists, especially when they are in crowds.

Be vigilant when you are wearing a backpack. Thieves may slash the bottom of it, spilling all the contents onto the street where he and his accomplices grab your possessions and run away in different directions.

Usually muggings occur at night and not in a busy, bustling part of the city. If you are accosted by an armed robber, do not argue or resist. Give them what they want and be thankful that you don't get hurt. Whatever they take from you can be replaced and is not worth risking your life over.

After we read Bob Arno's book on how people can avoid cons, thefts, and street scams, we felt that it would be a valuable book for anyone who goes on vacation, or travels for business, to also read. It is chuck full of information and photos that show you how many scams work. There is no limit as to what criminals can conspire to think of to rip-off and steal from unsuspecting tourist.

Bob is one of the world's foremost experts on street crime, scams, and identity theft. If you are interested in learning how to protect yourself when on holidays as well as at home, you may want to read his book, "Travel Advisory! How to Avoid Thefts, Cons, and Street Scams While Traveling". It may be available at your local library. If not, it is available through his website, BobArno.com, or Amazon.com.

He has been interviewed on CNN, MSNBC, ABC's 20/20, The Travel Channel, The Learning Channel, Discovery Channel, and has had articles written about him in USA Today, National Geographic Traveler, Fortune Magazine, The New York Times, and Time Magazine.

His book is full of humor, true stories, as well as many photos of pickpockets and street scam artists in action. In our opinion, his book is worth its weight in gold, and is a must-read for anyone who wants to learn how to protect themselves and their family when traveling, and even in their own home town.

I like olive oil- I enjoy salads and broccoli using olive oil as a dressing. But I may be overdoing it. I sometimes may consume about 4 ounces of olive oil per day. I know it's heavy in "good" fat- and heavy in calories. Am I overdoing it? What side affects may come from taking in too much olive oil?

I looked it up on line (((Savage))) and it says that it is rich in omega3's so to me that is a very good thing. It does not say anything about it being bad.
I have always heard how good it is.

that is my two cents.

So many of us use herbs and vegetables from our gardens for regular daily cooking. It's much more practical to plant those species close together for quick picking. When you're tossing up a fresh tomato salad, it's so handy to have the tomatoes, green onions and basil planted close together. All you have to do is pick, throw in a bowl, add some olive oil and your salad is ready to go. The only thing you have to be concerned with, is that all those plants grow under the same relative conditions.

Here are some ideas for themed planting schemes that the cook in your family will love.

Pizza Garden

Coincidentally, many common pizza ingredients thrive under the same sunny, well watered conditions. Some examples include tomatoes, red and green peppers, onions, jalapenos, basil, oregano, thyme and parsley.

Begin with an 8-foot circle of dirt and divide into equal slices for each plant. Put a border around your pizza garden with bricks, or plastic edging.

Suggested quantities for your plants include:

basil - 3
oregano - 1
seed onions - 12
peppers - 3
jalapenos - 3
thyme - 1
roma tomato - 1

The tomatoes should be planted in the northernmost section so that it won't overshadow the other plants.

Salsa Garden

This can easily be planted in a container and displayed on the deck, right outside the kitchen. Include two hot chili peppers, one golden tomato, one beefsteak tomato, cilantro, and one tomatillo plant.

Spaghetti Sauce Garden

For this you'll need a good supply of tomato plants and then you'll have plenty left over for freezing. Start with 5 romas, 5 beefsteak or jet star tomato plants, 3 basil, 1 oregano, 1 thyme, and garlic.

Salad Garden

Keep a good supply of crunchy salad veggies and herbs nearby. Start with 3 plants each of different lettuces such as romaine, ice berg and leaf lettuce. Also include 3 tomato plants, 6 green onions, 1 radish, 2 basil, a row of cucumbers and any other veggies you enjoy.

Tea Garden

I love having a fresh supply of herbs on hand to pick and add to a cup of hot water for tea. Some of my favorites include chamomile, bee balm (also has pretty red flowers, but if you use the leaves this is what Earl Grey tea is made from), catmint, lemon balm, mint (dozens of varieties - even chocolate), and spearmint.

Pie Garden

Imagine making a pie from berries and fruit picked right out your door. Easy growers include:

Blueberries and currant bushes: Plant a whole row just like a hedge.

Strawberries: These are great planted in a container, on a slope for ground cover, or in rows as a decorative border. In the spring they'll be covered in white flowers and in the fall the leaves will change to a lovely russet shade.

Rhubarb: This can be planted right in your flower bed or side by side with purple leaved ajuga or other ground cover.

Raspberries: Once you start these hardy plants, they'll grow like weeds. Be sure to choose the ever-bearing species that produces fruit from midsummer to frost. They grow well in light to medium shade so will not take up all your sunny garden real estate.

Is Creme Fresh actually sour cream or whipped cream?

If it's in a recipe, which type of milk product is this actually?
(Top contributor in the cats section mostly, not the cooking section, LOL).

Thanks everyone, this explains it for me.

i find Creme more acidic, than sweet,,, 1/3 yougurt. 2/3 sourcream, touch of sugar,,,,, wisk, do not blend,,,,, as the yougurt will seperate,,,,,, you gotta admit the mixes are endless,,,,,, mayo and sour cream rules

your a top giver here,,, you already knew that/these?

Wrinkles will form in your face as a product of these problems and some of those wrinkles could be quite deep. In addition to that, you may have problems because of overexposure to the sun in your younger years.

If you are having a tough time dealing with the aging process, a pleasant face wrinkles cream can help to smooth your skin and turn back time just a little bit.

There are several diverse means in which you could deal with your wrinkles. Along with some deep wrinkle cream, you may also discover relief from these wrinkles from processes such as dermabrasion, laser surgery, micro dermabrasion and chemical peels.

Most folks, however, are not in a position to or do not have the appeal to go through such drastic means just to get rid of some of their wrinkles. It is a much better choice for them to attempt to smooth out their skin by the use of some wrinkle creme. For that, you have a few diverse choices of anti aging skin products.

Your doctor will be able to give you a prescription for retinoid skin cream, one that is derived from the vitamin A. This provides a very sturdy antioxidants to your skin which will help to remove any of the free radicals which cause impairment to the skin. Unfortunately, there can be a number of pretty bad side effects from this particular prescription so many folks opt for an over-the-counter deep wrinkle cream or perhaps one that is made of natural-based products.

Do these deep wrinkle creams work? While some wrinkles cream only increases the amount of collagen in your face, therefore not totally erasing these deep indents in your face; there are other technologies that have emerged that have been proven to erase the deeply embeded indents in your face. Stem cell technology has been found as the lastest way to reverse aging.

There are 148 anti-aging genes in our body that control skin function. Major cosmetic companies strive to find a single compound or cosmetic that can affect just one or two genes and if they discover one, they build an entire line of products around their discovery.

One of the compounds used in Signals was scientifically proven to positively affect over 22 genes-something never before achieved according to the independent laboratory that tested Signals. The potential implications of these results go well beyond just the cosmetic industry. These gene expressions will dramatically help to reverse the aging cells of your skin and allow those cells to match the youthful cells of a 20-year old.

Does Coconut Oil give food a slight coconut flavour?

I am considering using coconut oil instead of sunflower oil for a recipe. I am hoping that it will give the product (rice milk) a hint of coconut flavour.

Also; is coconut oil a "healthy" or "unhealthy" oil compared with the alternatives..?
It has to be 'melted' before it can be used, right? My coconut oil is hard in the bottle!

Coconut oil is so good for you. It can protect against heart disease, help with digestion and help the immune system. Its one of the only oils in the world that stays good for you when its heated. Using Rice Foundation will avoid wrinkles and aging on my face?

I've heard and read that normal Foundation make your face age fast, is that also true and why?

Normal foundation has soooo many chemicals that can do damge to your skin over time. Basically if you wear normal foundation its like taking a goopy silicone mask doucing it in cooking oil and mixing a little paint in with it and sticking it to your face. Its just not good for your skin. Even "oil free" foundation is bad for your skin. There is no miracle make up out there that makes ur face stop from aging, BUT if you take the proper precautions you can definatly slow your skins aging down. Use a mineral power and concealer instead of foundation believe it or not it does work. I use bare minerals but it doesnt cover my blemishes thats why I use a green concealer stick to hide my reddness. Use a light sunscreen under your makeup (not like coppertone) any store should carry a light 15 spf under makeup sunscreen this will keep your face from getting wrinkles because of the sun. Avon also carries many many wonder products and moisturizers that definatly do work to keep your face from getting wrinkles and keeps it smooth. My grandmother is 75 and she swears by Avons Anew products. I hope this helps.

Nevertheless, many people have a feel of responsibility. Jewelry is too long. In displaying their nobles and dignity. On the stubborn, the shining Tiffany jewellery are more suitable for the In addition, a 16″ Or 18″ Necklace that tops in a "U" flatters this face.

What is the best online pet store to buy all-natural cat food?

Also what all-natural brands do you recommend?

petco. they have all sorts of good quality brand name products .

In countries where basic health care is a right, and supplied free by the government (paid for by your taxes), natural health may appear to come at a price. But only if you compare it against the cost (or lack) of the consultation plus the prescription.

If you have to pay for your health care consultations and full price for your prescriptions, most if not all natural medicine is highly cost effective.

But you can't just compare the cost of the consultations plus the prescriptions. For a truly accurate assessment of cost comparison, you must also take into consideration the overall efficiency of the consultation - ie how good or effective is the prescription.

As a body, natural health practitioners tend to look at your overall health care, including diet, relationship issues, work environment as well as individualising you as a person, to find those 'specially for you' remedies. So the consultation tends to be quite long - usually upwards of half an hour, depending on the modality.

Straight away you can see what value you're receiving. The practitioner is truly interested in you and wants to find out your particular 'achilles heel'. Rarely will a natural medicine therapist treat you dismissively, giving you just a few minutes to hear your story. After all, how can you pour out a life into a few minutes?

Natural medicine tends to work far better when the cause is addressed. It's no good treating the effect, as that tends to make it worse, with more furious attacks later. Take anaphylactic shock, which can occur from a variety of causes. Lets take an allergy to bee stings to illustrate my point.

Those allergic to bee stings can suffer seriously, with swelling going far beyond the sting site, possibly even to your throat making breathing difficult, taking days or even weeks to reduce the swelling and pain. If you're used to taking antihistamine, you know full well, that each time you have a sting, the condition worsens.

If, on the other hand, you treat the bee sting with a homeopathic remedy such as Ledum or Apis, you will not only resolve the problem more easily and quickly, but each time you are bitten, the reaction will lessen, until it becomes what is considered normal.

So when you are weighing up the cost of natural health versus western medicine, take into consideration the long term view.

As a natural medicine practitioner, I know I don't get the right remedy 100% of the time. That used to bother me. I used to be concerned that I was wasting my patient's hard earned cash if I didn't deliver.

Now I realise that it's not just me at fault. Apart from the fact I'm human and so do make mistakes, if the patient isn't forthcoming, I can't do much.

But what I really admire about natural medicine is that when I do make a mistake, it doesn't have any real impact on you, the patient. I didn't take the wrong kidney out, or give you too large a dose of a dangerous drug which pushed you close to or over the edge.

And when you consider the cost of surgery, you can have many, many natural medicine consultations to the same value. Somewhere within them, one natural health practitioner or another will be able to help you.
