I've had three heel spurs in my lifetime. The first time I went to a podiatrist . He gave me a cortisone shot and some heel cups to put in my shoes. They did absolutely no good.
The second heel spur I had I used a different set of cups and it took care of the problem. The third heel spur I encountered I tried a different approach. I bought a pair of logger boots. In a few days they took care of the problem and they never returned. A logger boot has a double heel , thus elevating the back of the leg. The reason i tried this is because of my experience as a farrier.(horseshoer) Many times if a horse is encountering a problem with the back of it's leg, you will shoe it with a thick heeled shoe. This will
elevate it and possibly relieve the pressure off the affected part.
I hope this is helpful. I'm not trying to put down foot doctors, only to say that in my case their treatment didn't work.

A high fiber diet supports a healthy digestive track of your body by cleaning debris from the colon. Fennel and garlic have a wonderful purifying effect on the colon bacteria, as they help kill harmful bacteria as well as helps to prevent gas accumulation.

Eliminating foods such as caffeine, alcohol, processed food (including any bread), pre-made or canned food, salt, sugar, wheat, red meat, pork, fried and deep fried food, yellow cheese, cream, butter and margarine, shortening, etc... should be the first steps taken when deciding to do a colon cleanse.
