Whats the best moisturizing cream to use?

I was wondering, what is the best brand of moisurizing cream to use? thanks.

Clinique dramatically different moisturizer works great to hydrated you face a bottle would last a long time .
Olay face lotion & creams works amazing for a very low price it hydrates your skin leaving it very nice dewy .walmart & target has nice price for that.

Cellulite is a physiological change that occurs in the subcutaneous fat layer or better known as "cottage cheese, or an "orange peel appearance". In fact 90% of all women suffer from cellulite, no matter how large or small they are.

Cellulite has also to do with your body's connective tissue. The tissue acts as a mesh to keep the fat close to the body. IT works for men but not so well for women. The connective mesh expands letting the fat bulge out.

There are materials that cause the fat cells to shrink or burn by going deep into the skin. They also contain collagen to fill up and make the skin look more smooth and supple. These creams and gels work on the cellular level. They can be applied just as a moisturizing cream about twice a day and produce amazing results. Apart from this, these products contain vitamins and minerals to revitalize and the skin and make it healthier. Generally these creams contain aminophylline. The aminophylline causes the fat cells to shrink by causing them to release lipid fat particles. Also, they may contain caffeine which causes the fat cells to dehydrate. By applying the cellulite products, fat particles are excreted from the cells and are prevented from re-entering, thus dramatically improving the skin's elasticity and reducing the unsightly appearance of cellulite.

A new study looked at whether applying a fat reduction cream containing aminophylline worked. Participants with a high BMI were asked to follow a strict 1200Kcal diet. Additionally some of the participants were told to rub 0.5% aminophylline cream on their waist twice per day.By the 12th week, the participants were examined. All had their waist size reduced but those using the cream lost more fat.

It's better to look for those products containing anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories. Also extremely effective in fighting cellulite are ingredients such as caffeine, retinal, adiposlim, or aminophylline. Key ingredients bring blood to the surface and improve circulation which plumps up the skin.

In contrast to this, treatments like liposuction (surgery to remove fat) and mesotherapy (injection of drugs into cellulite) are either expensive or may produce only temporary improvement. Liposuction is designed to remove deep fat instead of cellulite which is close to the skin. Liposuction is also considered unsafe.

When you don't have time for fitness, a self application product is a good option to lose unwanted fat. It also does not involve any surgery or injection into the body. This also allows you to concentrate on the areas which need improvement.

When you're buying a cream, always start by using the cellulite cream on a small area of your body first and be patient results may take a few weeks. Try out a body slimming cream and be a part of the revolution!

I need help finding the best moisturizer for my face!?

I am using olay for dry skin and it's not working for me. I've tried dove, didn't work very well. I also still have the clinique dram. diff. lotion and gel but that didn't get rid of my dry skin last winter. I have very dry skin in the winter. I was thinking of trying lancome bienfait or clinique moisture surge and i'm willing to pay as long as it's worth it. Something that i can find at walmart would be great too. Please help. Thanks!!!

I've used Aveeno daily moisture...it worked really nicely, and it helped with my red, chapped skin on my face (my skin gets extremely dry and irritated in the winter). Maybe it will work for you. I bought some at Wal-Mart, so I know they sell it there. Good luck!

Would rubbing moisturizing cream on your back every day reduce the appearance of scars?

Just wondering, because I've been trying for a few days now and wasn't sure if its a waste of time. Also, how long would it take approximately?

Hmm. I doubt it. Since it doesn't have ingredients to help slough the skin, it will probably just make your skin super supple, which doesn't exactly solve your problem.

Put some vitamin E oil on the scar and you should see it start to fade. Depending how dark it is and how long it's been there, the amount of time it takes to help will vary, but I assure you it does work. But if it's on your back, either put something over it before you put clothes on or put it on at night, just to be sure it doesn't soak into the clothes and stain them or anything.

Also, I've never looked before, but perhaps now they make lotion with vitamin E oil in it... it would save you a step, so it might be worth looking real quick!

Real Breasts, Real Health' uses a special innate talent that all humans have, dubbed the p-method, to help a woman pick the herbs, vitamins, minerals, foods, diet to provide the perfect conditions for breast growth. The book also details common mistakes during this kind of regimen and tips and motivation for staying on track.

Nonsurgical breast augmentation methods contain a wide variety of options: herbal remedies, pills, creams, and other devices. Many women can not spend much money on surgical breast augmentation, so they choose nonsurgical one, because of some reasons: it's not expensive, has such advantages as lower risk of side effects, natural ingredients, and no convalesce period.

Daily take two cubes of ice, and apply them to your breasts in moving semi-circles. This may feel slightly awkward at the beginning, but do it for at least one minute. Never apply this technique for longer than one minute, or if the ice makes you feel very uncomfortable. The effect is instant, and actually acts as a toner to the tissue underneath the skin.

Breast enhancement pills could be considered to be such a great alternative to cosmetic surgery and many companies now offer breast enhancement pills that are produced from herbal ingredients, such as plants and plant extracts.

Many women have false idea that their breasts will only loose their shape and firmness after pregnancy and breastfeeding, or after menopause, and do not pay attention to the breasts before that. But it is so important to understand that it is too late to begin moisturizing and exercising your chest area after you've raised a child and your breasts have lost their shape already. It is possible, of course, to restore what you had, but it will take a long time.

While many women turn to surgery to fulfill their dreams of having perfect breasts, the many disadvantages of surgery, in particular the medical risks, the high cost, and the unnatural appearance and feel of implanted breasts, cause a great number of women to seek natural alternatives to breast augmentation surgery.

Most often plant ingredients are used to produce natural breast enlargement products. These plant products will usually contain estrogenic, that functions to stimulate breast tissue and cause an increase in the breast size. Some creams uses many of the same ingredients found in pills for breast enhancement, but those ingredients are in lesser amounts.

A user of the Perfect Woman Breast Enhancement System said that for the first time she could wear cute tank tops without sagging. Her breast felt perkier. But the biggest difference she's noticed is an increase in her self esteem. She feels much more confident about herself. The increase in confidence and self esteem is as important as the increase in breast size.

If you want larger breasts, you need to look into a natural and herb-based regimen. Advocates of these strategies report that over two-thirds of women report noticeable gains over surprisingly fast time frames. It isn't rare to find women relying on natural breast enlargement who go up a cup size or more.

Do they work?

An anti-wrinkle cream could decrease the manifestation of your wrinkles, depending on how often you use it, the type and amount of active ingredient in the wrinkle cream, and the magnitude of the wrinkles you like to treat.

But if you want to take the guesswork out of your skin-care regimen, try these other unswerving means to enrich and sustain your skin's youthful appearance.

* guard your skin from the sun. Exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light speeds up the natural aging process of your skin, causing wrinkles and rough, blotchy skin. In fact, sun exposure is the No. 1 reason for aging signs in the skin, plus uneven pigmentation. Guard your skin and prevent coming wrinkles by limiting the time you spend in the sun and continually wearing protecting clothing and hats. Moreover, use sunscreen when outdoors, even in winter.
* select products with built-in sunscreen. When selecting skin-care products, choose those with a built-in sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15. Also, be certain to go for products that block both UVA and UVB waves.
* Use moisturizers. Dry skin turns plump skin cells into shriveled ones, creating fine lines and wrinkles long before you're due. Though moisturizers can't prevent wrinkles, they can temporarily mask tiny lines and creases.
* Don't smoke. Smoking causes narrowing of the blood vessels in the outermost layers of your skin. It also damages collagen and elastin fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. As a conclusion, skin begins to droop and wrinkle prematurely.

If you're concerned about the appearance of your skin, see your dermatologist. He or she can help you create a tailored skin-care plot by assessing your skin type, evaluating your skin's condition and recommending products likely to be efficient. If you're looking for more dramatic results, a dermatologist can suggest medical treatments for wrinkles, including prescription creams, botulinum toxin (Botox) injections or skin resurfacing techniques.

Anti wrinkle creams found over the counter are taking a proactive approach to aging and pushing the limits of cosmetic and beauty products. Howconstantly the best anti wrinkle cream I found uses more cutting edge ingredients and provides extra proof and clinical test results than any other.

Go to Signals120.com to find the best anti wrinkle cream you have long been wanting to have.

What is a lotion for the face that has spf and won't make me break out?

I would like a lotion that I could put on my face that won't make me break out and would give me protection from the sun. It doesn't have to have a high SPF. I have not been able to find a lotion with all three of these things advertised. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Neutrogena oil free face lotion is really good great on oily skin
Ive tried everything this one faR the best one for acne prone
skin is lightweight freshening doesnt clog pores has SPF 15.

Today the skin care market is packed with countless acne treatments, each promising clearer skin with minimal time and effort. But not all products deliver the results they promise. Choosing the most effective acne product, then, is no easy task. One's choice is influenced by many factors including cost, ingredients, the amount of effort and upkeep necessary for the product to be effective, how soon results occur, etc.

Therapeutix is a multi-step acne regimen that really offers a promising solution to your skin-care worries. Not only does it include gentle yet effective products that maintain healthy looking skin overall, but also, it includes an swift answer to pesky acne breakouts, which seem to flare-up at some of life's most inopportune moments—a first date, a business presentation, etc.

The effectiveness of Therapeutix rests in its unique combination of products whose ingredients have proven successful in fighting acne without irritating the skin with harsh chemicals common to other acne products (e.g. benzoyl peroxide). Instead of potentially irritating the skin, the Therapeutix products act to rapidly promote healthy skin. In fact, it has been shown to cut acne in half in as little as four weeks.

The first step of the Therapeutix regimen is the daily cleanser "Clarity." It contains an optimal concentration of active ingredients known to be reliable acne combatants—salicylic and glycolic acids. The concentration of each is, on the one hand, strong enough to clear skin, but, on the other hand, is mild enough to diminish the occurrence of unwanted side effects such as dry, red, or irritated skin—side effects that regularly accompany cleansers full of high-strength chemicals.

Recognizing that acne is not the only problem that can plague skin, step two of the Therapeutix regimen—the "Care and Repair" lotion—tackles other sources of skin troubles. Formulated to defend against undesirable effects caused by (among other things) the sun's harmful rays, this SPF lotion works throughout the day to help thwart wrinkles, sunburns, free radical production, and other damaging environmental effects. Moreover, the "Care and Repair" lotion is infused with antioxidants, which are substances that replenish skin cells by neutralizing the undesirable effects brought about by exposure to toxic environmental conditions such as air pollution, the sun, and poor diet.

The final step in the daily Therapeutix acne regimen is the "Clear Complex" lotion. Applied in the evening, this lotion works throughout the night to both heal existing blemishes and prevent future breakouts.

No matter how effective a skin care system might be, acne flare-ups still can occur. But Therapeutix offers a solution to this. In addition to the three primary products, the Therapeutix regimen includes an "Emergency Breakout Stick"—an acne treatment useful for fast relief from such flare-ups. Applied directly to the problem spots, the "breakout stick" can get rid of unsightly pimples within two hours!

Providing fast and lasting results, Therapeutix is ideal for anyone, as it is formulated to fight multiple sources of skin damage through the use of a mild, safe, and effective blend of ingredients. In addition to preventing and/or eliminating existing acne, Therapeutix facilitates the skin's ability to repair from and defend against environmental skin hazards.

What do you think of caffeine-containing cream/lotion?

Suppose there's a cream/lotion contains caffeine and it keeps you awake during work or lectures.
What do you think?

for me it is not reasonable, better take coffee, coke ,green tea

Stretch marks are actually small tears that form in the tissue that supports the skin and helps it stretch. Stretch marks represent the tearing or separation of collagen from the skin when tearing occurs. Stretch marks are not harmful or painful and usually fade over time.

You can also use a body brush to massage the areas where you have or want to prevent stretch marks from appearing, such us the thighs, buttocks, breasts and arms. This massage will increase circulation to the area, adding points to your efforts.

A proper diet makes the body healthy. That includes the skin as well. While you may not really notice it, the secret to glowing, supple, elastic skin is proper diet and hydration. Make sure you take a good amount of water everyday to keep yourself from being dehydrated. If you are dehydrated, then your skin suffers as well.

The other remedy to get rid of stretch marks include intake of zinc rich food, however you should consult your dietician or health care professionals before taking such food Essential fatty acids are necessarily required for our body and we should consume these oils adequately.

The proper hydration of your skin during pregnancy is a key element of any skin care program. As pregnancy will place more tension on your skin in the abdomen, thighs and buttocks areas, your skin becomes more sensitive. You may experience sensations of itching and pressure as your skin expands. This is where the application of a high quality stretch mark cream or body lotion can not only relieve some of these symptoms, but also enhance the skins ability to expand and flex.

A treatment you can do at home is skin brushing. To prevent stretch marks, vigorously massage with a skin brush or loofah during your shower. If you already have stretch marks, then apply vitamin E or any 100% pure oil to skin first. Then brush using gentle to medium strength circular strokes to affected areas. You will be assisting the stretch marks heal faster while decreasing cellulite.

Many woman use creams and lotions as a treatment for stretch mark removal. These creams keep the skin hydrated and help in fading red lines to white. Creams containing Vitamin A and Vitamin E are often recommended. Tretinoin, or Retin-A provides a good source of vitamin A. In fact, if you are using these creams, you might be advised to stop taking other supplements. You may also like to note that Tretinoin is not also recommended while pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Control your weight. When you eat right during pregnancy, you will also be rewarded with the added benefit of having control over your weight. The best way to go about this is to talk to your doctor to know how much weight you should gain during pregnancy. With this knowledge you will be able to avoid gaining too much because rapid and excessive weight gain will compound the problem of stretch marks.

Half a cup of olive oil, a quarter cup of aloe vera gel, four capsules of liquid vitamin E and two capsules of liquid vitamin A can be used in making a home remedy for stretch marks. Once these ingredients are acquired, the can be mixed in a blender and placed in an airtight jar, using the mixture whenever required. This concoction contains ingredients that are known to be beneficial to the skin and aid in skin repair.

To apply one of these home remedies, massage them into the skin. Take about three minutes to massage each area. After massaging, you can help it penetrate deeper into the skin by using a loofa or washcloth on the area for an extra three minutes. After this, you can rinse the mixture off.

I have a terrible sunburn on my nose and cheeks and both arms. I put Olay Active Hydrating lotion on it just so it doesn't dry out. Is there anything else I can do/use to make sure it doesn't peel?

Sorry, if the sunburn is bad enough, nothing can stop the peeling....

Emu oil is made from the fat of a large bird called the Emu. These birds are native to Australia and history has it that this oil was used by the Aborigines for treatment of wounds, burns, scars, and muscle and joint paint. Today Emus are raised and harvested in the United States. They provide a rich lean meat that is fat free and low in cholesterol and a produces a remarkable skin care oil from the fat of the bird.

Emu oil is comprised of approximately 70% unsaturated fatty acids including an omega -6 and an omega-3 fatty acid. The cosmetic properties of Emu oil were studied at the University of Australia and their findings were outstanding. They found that it is a very effective moisturizer and offers skin softening and skin cell rejuvenating properties. Emu oil penetrates deep into the dermal layers of skin thus diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. Additionally it has anti-biotic and anti-inflammatory properties, which will help heal sunburn, skin rashes, eczema and other skin disorders. It is also non-comedogic, non-greasy, and hypo-allergenic.

The latest research in skin care indicates that essential fatty acids are important to achieve great skin and great hair. And that the best anti-aging formulas need to have essential fatty acids and omega-3 in their formula. This is according to Dr. Perriconne's latest best seller.

Emu oil is loaded with essential fatty acids and omega-3's. Addtionally, it has superb hydrating qualities, does not clog pores and kills bacteria. Emu oil can readily aid in diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Yoga is a philosophy of life as well as a system of exercises that encourages the union of mind, body, and spirit. Yoga dates back as far as 4000 BC, and was developed first in India. It is a classical science and philosophy that was developed by the Indian sage Patanjali. Yoga comes from the original Sanskrit word, 'joga,' which means 'to join. It has been around for a long time, yet its teachings are still applicable today. Yoga is geared towards self-development and is an important element in personal growth. It is an ancient set of teachings and practices, yet it is truly very simple to do.
In the past decade, the yoga craze has been sweeping the western world. Yoga as it is practiced in the West is often simply the asanas, or yoga postures. These postures are named after mammals, fish or reptiles. Poses range from the easier corpse pose, which involves lying on the floor while completely relaxed, to the most difficult poses that take years of practice to master. Hatha yoga, the style most commonly taught in the West, includes stretching and breathing exercises, poses, meditation or relaxation techniques. Yoga has many styles, forms and intensities. It is a system of techniques that can be used for: learning to relax, managing stress and increasing limberness all the way to becoming more self-aware. Yoga is all about going back to nature, back to the basics. It is a way of maintaining a balanced attitude in your day-to-day life. Yoga, has precise movements that draw your focus away from your busy day and more on the calming moments as you move your body through poses that require balance and concentration. It is a program that involves stretching, movements, controlled breathing and relaxation exercises.
Yoga is more than a set of exercises to increase flexibility, however. Yoga can help you meditate, reduce stress, and even build strength. It is said to be a complete medical science and an enlightening spiritual art. Yoga is more than mastering postures and increasing your flexibility and strength. It has also been found to be helpful in the treatment of depression and anxiety which often accompanies pain problems. Yoga poses are also useful in curing disorders such as eating, bipolar disorders, asthma, seizures, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels and is said to also encourage weight loss. It has been known to balance hormones and the endocrine system. It can also be helpful when combined with other treatments for heart disease and high blood pressure. Yoga is often used for helping to rehabilitate people who want to improve and increase back strength after spinal injury. It can strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and help you sleep better. Yoga, when combined with a vegetarian diet, aerobic exercise and medication has reduced cardiovascular disease and blood pressure levels. Yoga is an effective method to reduce anxiety. It's controlled breathing exercises has become a popular means of stress management and teaches that by controlling your breathing you can gain control over your body and mind. Yoga also helps build stamina and strength which can help you cope better with the physical aspects of stress. Yoga is also a good tool for relaxation. Yoga slows down the aging process by giving elasticity to the spine, firming the skin, removing tension from the body, strengthening the abdominal muscles, improving the tone of muscles, and correcting poor posture.Yoga produces a healthy strong body with increased immunity against disease. It not only cures diseases and improves physical health but also changes mind sets. Yoga is a wonderful form of exercise, it relaxes the mind and exercises the body. It combines breath and movement into one, it also directs oxygen to flow into our muscle tissue which allows for better blood movement throughout our body.
Yoga is one of the fastest growing exercises that everyone can do. You can start doing it right away and you do not need to buy anything special or learn a lot to start, there is also no age limitation for practicing yoga. Yoga is perfect for every fitness level. You can take classes to help you understand the concepts of yoga, having someone help you in the beginning is always a great idea, you might think about taking a class. Classes generally start with a series of poses and typically end with a relaxation period to calm the body and clear the mind. Classes are designed to help you build strength and to develop a deep sense of your body, mind and spirit. Some classes can be modified to fit individual needs and for older adults, can help them stay steady on their feet and avoid falls. Yoga teachers are not certified, so make sure you go to a reputable studio. Yoga, overall, is generally considered very safe. Yoga is a gentle way to heighten your awareness, empower the body and invigorate the soul.

What is the BEST non-perfumed lotion for dry, cracked skin (hands)?

I work in an office & deal with a lot of different types of paper. I believe this is why my skin dries out so much & so badly. Often, it gets so dry, that my skin cracks & bleeds (on my hands). Sometimes they get really dry & flake a little & have a white color in spots, where the skin is flaking. I get a lot of paper cuts too, so it burns to use a lot of perfumed lotions. What is the best lotion, for the treatment of dry, chapped, cracking skin (that won't hurt my papercuts & will allow my hands to be soft & not look so chaffed)? Thanks!

there is an emoilent from mary kay that works really well. my son has dry skin and he uses cornhuskers on his hands..my mother inlaw swears by eucerin its not scented. try not using anti bacterial soaps and santizers this will dry out your skin quickly and after washing your hands pat them dry dont rub .. it takes away your natural body oils, you pmay even want to try a product that you put on at nite ..like a mask for your hands i think avon has a product. good luck

"So what home remedies for dry skin would you recommend?" Natasha asked Charlie, as she padded out of her bedroom holding a Fuller Brush toothbrush in her hand. "I mean, they're all nuts, right? Old wives' tales if you ask me."

Charlie shrugged.
"There's a ring of truth to the ones that are still around today," he insisted.
His roommate stepped towards him and poked him in the chest as she responded:
"They're all hoopla, my friend!"
"Hoopla?" he responded.
"They're all marketing gimmicks. The best anti-wrinkle creams – if you ask me, and you didn't – but the best anti-wrinkle creams on the market are actually sold as hemorrhoid creams."
"Hemorrhoid creams?" he repeated, wrinkling his own face.
"You gotcha!" Natasha poked him once more for good measure.
"Alright, first of all, what did I tell you about personal space?" Charlie asked her. "You cannot flirt with me and give me the impression that you like me – as you usually do – because it hurts me right here." He touched his chest.
She took a theatrical step back, and looked down at her tee shirt and legs as if making sure she was not invading his space. Then she pointed to the gap between her eyebrows.
"Look," she said, and he saw the patch of dry skin. "How do I fix this without using one of your stupid home remedies for dry skin?"
"You and me have known each other since when? Middle school?" Charlie asked her.
She nodded, adding: "And then some."
"And then some. And have I ever given you bad advice?"
She pouted and shook her head.
"I've never steered you wrong, right?"
"No, Charlie. But what are you going to give me to clear up my dry skin?"
"Witch hazel lotion," he declared. He pulled open the bathroom door and she followed him in. He opened the cabinet above the sink and took out the container of Fuller Brush lotion.
"Witch hazel!" she shrieked, and she then cackled like a witch. "It even sounds like something out of the seventeenth century!"

"A lot of these so-called home remedies, as you call them," Charlie began. "You take Saint John's Wort, or Valerian root, or lavender – take your pick, Tash – these are still popular today because they actually work. Now I'm not some dippy hippy, alright? I'm not a member of the yogurt mad bean curd brigade."
She laughed.
"I work a nine to five job," he continued. "...where I have to be clean shaven. I have to shave every day, and one of those home remedies for dry skin that you baulk at is this Fuller Brush witch hazel lotion. Just try it, alright?"
She looked at him in the mirror, put his arms around his shoulders and smiled. They looked at each other's reflections.
"Alright, I'll give it a go."
"Tash, you're breaking my heart here."
"Huh?" She looked at him in the mirror.
"Personal space?"
She pecked him on the cheek.
"You love it really," she said.

Is the Crabtree and Evelyn hand cream worth the splurge? Which hand cream is better Crabtree's or L'occitane?

I want a hand cream that absorbs well and doesen't leave a greasy feeling. It might take a while, but as long as it absorbs a few minutes later, then it's fine. Also, if you like a hand cream, please state the variant. For example, Crabtree has lavender, gardener's, etc.

Yes! Crabtree & Evelyns hand theraphy is wonderful!! I have used every single hand theraphy cream in the store and they are all great! I wouldn't use the gardeners if you don't want the oily feeling, but the lasource is probably what you need. Its about $14 or $15 but its worth it. I use it so much along with the hand scrub and now when I wash my hands I don't even have to lotion up when i'm done, it just that good.

Not Even a Second Thought!-- Have you every wondered what sense does it make to eat healthy, to watch your diet, to exercise and do all things right in taking care of body and then, without so much as a second thought, put harmful chemicals on your skin everyday, day after day?

Well, that is a question for many to ponder and muse. For example you might be surprised to find out the chemicals in an ordinary container of skin care cream.

What's In That Stuff Anyway?-- Here is a typical list on a jar of common hand cream: Water, - Stearic Acid, - Sorbitol, - Glycerin, - C-12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, - Sodium Borate - TEA, - Cetyl Alcohol, - Dimethicone, - Aloe Vera, - Phenoxyethanol, - Propylene Glycol, - Quince Extract, - Tocopheryl Acetate, - Potassium Sorbate, - EDTA, - Allantoin, - Methyl Paraben, - Propyl Paraben, - Butyl Paraben, - Menthol. This had cream is described as containing "natural" herbal extracts. YOU do your own exercise and see how many toxic chemicals you can find in your products that are listed in the table below. Remember this is just a partial list of the tens of thousands of synthetic chemicals in commonly used everyday on the hands, face and the entire body!

The Problem! -- The problem is that manufactures aren't telling people the truth about the ingredients used in the products they offer. These ingredients are harmful. Listen, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that daily use of such ingredients as: stearic acid, sorbitol, glycerin, alkyl benzoate, sodium borate... and the list goes on and on... can't be a good thing!

The products sold as skin care creams are designed to penetrate the skin and quickly be absorbed in the body through the skin!! HELLO!! What does that mean? Well, you might as well be eating them, drinking them and breathing them in!

The Solution -- People need to stop and think about the chemicals used on the skin the same way they do when it comes to the chemicals they put in their bodies. It has been often said: You are what you eat! And no one questions that statement as truthful. But, how about, including the addition -- You are what you put on! As in put on your skin! Yes. That also is just as true too. People need "green" skin care products that do not contain synthetic or man-made ingredients. There are many companies out there that offer these products. One that comes to mind is called Glimpse!. These products do not employ harmful chemicals and as a side benefit, actually promotes good heath. I say is about time!
