Are Bath and Body Works employees allowed to have facial piercings?

I want to apply to a Bath and Body Works store, but I don't know if they would allow a nose piercing... Anyone here with actual experience? I've never actually seen any sales associate in the store with facial piercings.

No it is not allowed. The only piercings allowed are two in each ear.

Cleaning the colon is very important for overall health of a person thus having a clean colon and digestive system that works efficiently is imperative. The colon is the last organ of the digestive system and its job is to consume salt and water from the waste that is left behind before they are eliminated from the body. If you don't have at least 1 bowel movement per day, you are already walking your way toward disease.

Many of these toxins come from our diet, drug use, and environmental exposure, both acute and chronic. Internally, fats, especially oxidized fats and cholesterol, free radicals, and other irritants act as toxins. Poor digestion, colon sluggishness and dysfunction, reduced liver function, and poor elimination through the kidneys, respiratory tract, and skin all add to increased toxicity. By helping the body detoxify with colon cleansing and eating certain foods, the body will soon become less virulent.

A colon that cannot perform these functions properly, due to deep-seated fecal matter creates extra toxins that spread across the body through the absorbed fluids. Disease usually begins with a toxic bowel. Those having fewer bowel movements are harboring a potentially fertile breeding ground for serious diseases.

One of the most frequent bowel problems that people experience today is constipation. Infrequent or poor quality bowel movements over an extended period of time may be very hazardous to your health. Constipation, gas, skin and hair issues are a few of the symptoms of an unclean colon.

Did you know that the average person on a typical American diet holds 8 meals of UNDIGESTED food and waste material in the colon, while the person on the high fiber diet holds only 3?

Whatever we eat, good or bad our body reflects it. It is important we eat healthy diet, a diet with lots of fiber preferably 20-35 grams every day. Drinking lots of water and eating foods such as fresh vegetable and fruits, legumes, fish, beans, seeds, whole grains, bananas, apples, as well as herbs such as psyllium husk, aloe leaf, senna, cascara sagrada, ginger, and cayenne pepper help to eliminate impurities from the colon by stimulating bowel movements. A high fiber diet supports a healthy digestive track of your body by cleaning debris from the colon. Fennel and garlic have a wonderful purifying effect on the colon bacteria, as they help kill harmful bacteria as well as helps to prevent gas accumulation.

Eliminating foods such as caffeine, alcohol, processed food (including any bread), pre-made or canned food, salt, sugar, wheat, red meat, pork, fried and deep fried food, yellow cheese, cream, butter and margarine, shortening, etc... should be the first steps taken when deciding to do a colon cleanse.

Probiotics are exceptionally good for the health; probiotic is the friendly bacteria that improves the digestive track and also improves the immune system. Probiotics are 100% safe and you can find them in probiotic dairy products and other foods as well or buy them in capsule form at your local health food store. It's very wise to load up on probiotics especially after a colon cleanse because these healthy bacteria in your colon are lost through the detox process.

Foods that contain probiotics:

- Yogurt
- Some soft cheeses
- Artichokes
- Oats (also lowers cholesterol)
- Honey
- Goat's milk

A highly restrictive detox such as Water fasting or the Master Cleanse need to be done properly and for no longer than 10 days. Doing so may result in nutrient deficiencies. A particular concern is lack of protein, which may result in wasting away muscle tissue, due to insufficient amino acids for repairing the body.

Ultimately you are the best judge of your needs when it's time to colon cleanse. Listen to your body. Generally, those who are not in the best of health and/or have never cleansed before, will find they need to cleanse more frequently (maximum - once every 2–3 months), then return to a yearly or twice yearly maintenance program of colon cleansing. It's always good to consult your healthcare provider before taking any course of action.

Hey guys. I just attended a mary kay meeteing and it seems like a really good investment but I just wanted to get some opinions first. Tell me what you guys think. Thanks in advance

I wouldn't ask people if a business is right for you or not. This is a decision that you need to make on your own. From just the question you asked, I don't think your ready for business. You have to make this decision on your own. If the business opportunity feels right to you based on the facts that have been presented to you (this goes for any business) then jump into it. Don't tip toe into a business, jump into it. If it doesn't feel right then don't. Because you won't succeed.
If you doubt the opportunity, then don't do it.

Does anyone find that their eyes start to sting after wearing eye make-up all day?

I'm not wearing much eye make-up, just a bit of eye liner and mascara. It's been on since this morning and now my eyes are starting to sting. This happens all the time. Does anyone else get this? Are there any mascaras that are non-irritating to the eyes? Every brand I use affects my eyes like this after about 8hrs. It's so annoying!

that happens to me but the real reason is because sometimes the eyeliner gets into my eyes. Does the same happen to you? you can buy better eyeliner or mascara at a different store, it just depends on the kind you have

Generally, people read eyes to identify your personality. More than your mouth, eyes speak a lot. If you are having dark circles or bags under your eyes, then you should probably face people asking you whether you are doing all right. When you have puffy eyes, you will look very tired and dull. While dark circles under eyes are common among people of all ages, puffiness and eye bags are common among aged people. Mainly because of this reason, you will get an aged look if your eyes are puffy.

A fat layer is available between eye ball and the bone of your eye. Your eyeball rests on this fat layer. When you are young, this layer of fat is held tight by eyelid skin and muscles. As you grow old, the eyelid muscles become loose resulting in pushing outwards of this fat layer. These appears as bags under eyes.

Puffy eyes and dark circles under eyes are commonly formed when your eyes are tired. Lack of sleep, excessive crying, stress, consumption of higher amounts of alcohols and others are common reasons for these eye problems. Medications and allergies may also result in puffiness in eyes. Whatever may be the cause, and these tired looking eyes will definitely spoil your personality.

Surgical procedures are now available to remove dark circles under eyes and bags under eyes. With these procedures, puffy eyes can be reduced and you can have glamorous and dazzling eyes. Blepharoplasty is the surgical procedure used to remove dark circles and bags. This procedure uses laser technology to provide the results that the patients want.

While puffiness in eyes and eye bags don't cause any damage to the eyes, the surgical procedures are used for cosmetic reasons. As blepharoplasty is a cosmetic laser surgery, your insurance will not cover the surgical costs.

The laser assisted surgery has several benefits. An incision is made on the inside of eyelid to remove eye bags and dark circles. The eyelid muscles are unaffected, as they are not cut through. Further, no incision will be visible on the eyelid. Moreover, during removal of dark circles under eyes, laser assisted surgery seals blood vessels that are cut during the surgical procedure. As a result, there will be lesser bleeding which is safe for your eyes.

Normally, for dark circles under eyes and bags under eyes, people go for creams and lotions that claim to tighten the muscles and remove dark circles. While these remedies can be sought after if the problem is in initial stages, you should opt for surgical remedy if you want to get rid of the problem effectively. However, puffy eyes due to aging can't be cured completely as the wrinkles will start reappearing because of the aging process.

When you go for laser surgery to get rid of bags under eyes, you should learn completely about the surgery before you opt to take up the procedure. If you have other vision problems, you must consult your doctor about laser surgery for cosmetic reasons. Also, it is important to choose a surgeon who has enough experience in doing laser surgery.

Anybody figure out the day 8 solution for savemyhusband?

I just can't figure it out.

Grant Tenbrook
#8 North Cherry Street

Day trading attracts plenty of hype. Slick vendors want you to believe that you can trade whenever and wherever you want. You could even be on vacation and make money at the same time. They push the image of someone with a laptop on the beach, ticking off profits in between swimming, building castles with the kids, and taking romantic walks with a tanned, beautiful someone by your side.

This dreamlike image is, of course, just a dream. You cannot trade at the beach. And, believe me, I have tried. I have done my best to live up to this dream of making money in luxurious leisure. But there are some serious problems with that image of the laptop at the beach. Three serious problems in fact.

First, the beach is a sunny place. Of course, you're saying; that's why it ought to be a wonderful place to do business! But anyone who has taken their computer outside knows that the sun makes it impossible to see the screen. Add to that the problem that my eyes are light sensitive, which means I have to wear sunglasses (which are also necessary beach wear). So not only is it too bright to see my laptop's small screen already, but I have to put dark shades between it and my eyes. The only solution I found is draping an extra-large beach towel over both me and my computer. But, of course, this defeats the purpose of being out in the sun at the beach, and my kids were embarrassed to be seen with me.

Second, the beach is sandy. Again, you may think this is an obvious observation, but it's a point those vendors neglect to remind you of when selling you this fantasy. Sand may look stationary, but, believe me, it is an explorer at heart. I found sand in places I'd forgotten I had. But, while I can take a shower, my computer can't. And nothing clogs up a laptop fan faster than a few grains of beautiful white sand slowly grinding down all of your laptop's most intricate parts.

Third, being at the beach was supposed to be a vacation, not work. My idea of life on the beach includes sleeping in, enjoying a nice breakfast, and then slowly starting the day. But day trading brings its own schedule with it. The best moves in the markets happen in the first two hours after the opening. If you are somewhere on a beach in Florida, then you are in luck. You only need to get up by 8 in the morning, Eastern Standard Time, so you can start trading the Euro and the Interest Rates at 8:30am. But if your idea of a beach involves the Pacific Ocean, set your alarm for 5 in the morning! And Hawaii? Why even bother going to bed?

No, the fact is that day trading is not like sitting on the beach at all. It does, in fact, require work. Even if you can find a wireless connection out by the water, you're still going to have to chart trends, research markets, and watch your trades. The fact is that the beach is distracting. It's supposed to be. But distraction is the last thing you want when a market is quickly trending down, and it is already past your stop loss. All the fun you had splashing in the water while the market kept dropping won't seem as fun when you get back to the computer, no matter how many great pictures you now have.

In fact, you may end up having to sell that digital camera and hitchhike your way back home in order to cover your losses.

No, day trading and a day at the beach are not meant to mix. We are better served by day trading now in order to enjoy even more days in the sun and sand later. So wipe that image of the sun-drenched laptop from your mind as quickly as you wipe sand off your posterior, and get back to work.

It will make the vacation all the more enjoyable when you can afford it.

What Are some Of The Best Supplements/Vitamins to Take???

What supplements and vitamins are the best to take for overall health and to prevent diseases. I obviously know healthy diets are the best way to get vital nutrients but my Mon-Fri days are 13 hours long, so it's hard. Right now I take:
Flaxseed oil
Fish oil
Multi-vitamin
Vitamin C
Zinc
Echinacea
Garlic
Calcium/Vitamin D
Ginko Biloba

One of the best things that I have found to be helpful on the health front as far as like if stress is an issue (an example only) is taking B vitamins such as B6. You can find the B Vitamins like B6 in a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex.

You can find them at places like Wal-Mart and Target.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

How do you make a traditional female Indian head, face covering and dress covering the whole body?

How can you construct and arrange an Indian (not American Indian, but the other, eastern indian, it is called I beleive) the form of dress that is a long garment that covers most of the whole body, face, head, etc...

Your picture is that of a 'sari'. The women sometime cover their face with a portion of the sari and is referred to as 'ghoonghat'/'ghunghat'

Kidney

The purpose of the kidneys is to filter the water in your blood as the blood passes through them. The kidneys filter about 4 gallons of water every day but only around 3 pints are purged out as urine. Consumption of too much alcohol and sugar will damage the kidney since they kill kidney cells and weaken the kidney functions.

To keep toxins from accumulating in the body and skin, human body requires water. Consumption of clean water daily will allow kidneys to remove toxins and excess nutrients, vitamins and minerals from the blood. When you consume plenty of water the skin does not have to act as a filter to extract excess waste from the blood, as it done by your kidney and passed as urine.

Water plays a major role in keeping your skin moist. Moist skin layers helps to protect itself from bacteria and toxins that try to penetrate through the skin pores. As a substitute to water, you may drink fresh juices and eat fruits and vegetables. Drinking sodas and other drinks that have sugar cannot be counted as water.

Lungs

As you breathe in air, the two large sacs in your body called lungs extract the oxygen and passes on to the blood. This in turn gets routed to your liver and moved into your heart and then moved to all parts of the body. As you breathe out, waste and carbon dioxide are pushed out from the system through the mouth.

Your body requires energy for its movements. This energy is created by the cells using the oxygen. Oxygen is also used to neutralize toxins, waste and pathogen.

Your cells use oxygen to create energy for you to live by. You need energy for every movement your body does. Oxygen is also used to neutralize toxins, waste and pathogen. So if your body contains more toxins, acid waste and pathogens, the more oxygen is used up to neutralize them. As a result there will be less oxygen in the system for cell, organ and other body functions.

If your body's other elimination channels are weak and overloaded, the lungs will have to pickup the job of eliminating the toxic waste from the system and eventually will be overloaded as well. As a result more waste stays in the body, making it more toxic, acid and susceptible to disease and infections.

If you have liver, lungs and kidney weaknesses, most likely you will have skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc.

Lymphatic System

Lymphatic system is a series of tubes, large and small, that covers your entire body and it is part of your immune system. Since this system does not have a form of pump, the flow of whitish liquid called lymph is pushed through the tubes by the body movement and exercise. The Lymph liquid is responsible for bringing nutrients to the cells from the blood and to move away toxins that come out of the cells. These toxins are moved to lymph nodes through lymph liquid into blood and eliminated through other channels.

A strong lymph liquid is built when you consume fruits and vegetable since they are composed of electrolyte minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium phosphorus, and chloride. When the body does not have enough electrolyte minerals, excess toxic waste accumulates in the lymph liquid. As a result the body will have a difficult time fighting infections wherever they occur, including the face.

When you lymph system becomes weaken, it is unable to detoxify toxins and routes them into the blood where the liver is expected to clean the blood. Keeping you lymph system strong is important for keeping your skin free of blemishes, skin disorders, eczema and acne.

Effective time management is key to success in online marketing. It is a struggle to complete all the necessary tasks associated with traffic building and still have time to write new posts - two ingredients that can not be substituted or sacrificed. I've said before that time is more valuable than money because you can't buy more, yet millions of people, including myself, are guilty of wasting time.

Oh, it's not done on purpose - but it happens nonetheless. It happens because when we sit down at our computers to complete our blogging/affiliate related tasks, we unknowingly enter a state of what is called "flow". Flow is a heightened level of engagement in a task - so much so that we lose track of time. It happens because we are so focused and engrossed in answering emails, posting comments, checking traffic stats, checking Adsense stats, tracking sales stats, installing and reinstalling stubborn widgets...I think you get the idea. Before we know it, hours have passed and we have accomplished relatively nothing.

One moment it is 6:00pm and the next we look up, it's 12:42am - and we still feel like we're just getting started. We've spent over six hours, not drinking any liquids, not talking to our family members, and it was probably only the call of our bladder that broke the spell and called us back to reality then. Yes, people, that is flow.

Don't get me wrong, flow is a good thing, it means we're passionate about what we're doing. However, without proper planning and focus, we often end up aimlessly clicking from one link to the next; from one impulse task to the next. We often emerge from six hours of flow without having even accomplished the most important task of all - writing new content.

A more focused approach is necessary. Get a planner; and don't just write a "to-do" list. Treat it as if it's an appointment - because it is. Your appointment with success awaits...! If you pencil in "Compose New Post" at 11:00a - do exactly that! Prioritize which of your tasks are most important and do those first. In the case of this blogging business, writing and traffic building are interwoven and must be your top priorities. Devote an hour (or more) for posting. Creating engaging content that contains your embedded affiliate links is key. What good is traffic with no new content or affiliate links to click?

Next, devote another thirty minutes to an hour completing traffic building activities. Start with the traffic building activities that have the most impact, like article marketing as explained in Segal's free ebook (you can find this book in the "Free Resources" section at: http://affiliate-helpdesk.blogspot.com in addition to other effective traffic building strategies. Check out ezine directories for venues to submit your content. Other important traffic building activities should include submissions to blog carnivals. Be sure to spend some time posting and following related sites. But stick to a time limit - this step is problaby best implemented if broken down into chunks - Limit your posting time to ten minutes per site (time yourself - kitchen timers are great!) or you can devote more time to each site by developing a rotating schedule - one day spend 20 minutes each posting at sites A, B, C, the next day post at D, E, and F, and so on... Save checking stats for last or better yet, don't check them at all - wait until the end of the week and schedule some time then. And notice I said "schedule".

A lot of people over look this next important task: scheduling time for training and research is the one task that differientiates between affiliates who succeed and affiliates who give up. You must never stop learning - technology and the internet is constantly changing. So you have to give yourself some time to stay up to speed. Devote at least one or two hours a week (that's only 20-30 minutes a day) to your education. Do some research for content, read some other experts on your topic, browse new affiliate programs to promote...in other words continuously educate yourself on your field. So put "Continuing Education" in your 12:30 pm slot and stick to it!

Treat this as if it were any other 9-5 - the way the economy is going, it just might be. If you say you want to work four hours - schedule your tasks, stick to your time limits for each task, and work for those full four hours. Try to live by this rule: if you didn't schedule it during those four hours - don't do it! Following these steps will alleviate the negative effects of flow that end in hours spent on unnecessary tasks. If you are staying up too late doing affiliate related activities how much money are you really making while you sleep?

What is the best online pet store to buy all-natural cat food?

Also what all-natural brands do you recommend?

petco. they have all sorts of good quality brand name products .

In countries where basic health care is a right, and supplied free by the government (paid for by your taxes), natural health may appear to come at a price. But only if you compare it against the cost (or lack) of the consultation plus the prescription.

If you have to pay for your health care consultations and full price for your prescriptions, most if not all natural medicine is highly cost effective.

But you can't just compare the cost of the consultations plus the prescriptions. For a truly accurate assessment of cost comparison, you must also take into consideration the overall efficiency of the consultation - ie how good or effective is the prescription.

As a body, natural health practitioners tend to look at your overall health care, including diet, relationship issues, work environment as well as individualising you as a person, to find those 'specially for you' remedies. So the consultation tends to be quite long - usually upwards of half an hour, depending on the modality.

Straight away you can see what value you're receiving. The practitioner is truly interested in you and wants to find out your particular 'achilles heel'. Rarely will a natural medicine therapist treat you dismissively, giving you just a few minutes to hear your story. After all, how can you pour out a life into a few minutes?

Natural medicine tends to work far better when the cause is addressed. It's no good treating the effect, as that tends to make it worse, with more furious attacks later. Take anaphylactic shock, which can occur from a variety of causes. Lets take an allergy to bee stings to illustrate my point.

Those allergic to bee stings can suffer seriously, with swelling going far beyond the sting site, possibly even to your throat making breathing difficult, taking days or even weeks to reduce the swelling and pain. If you're used to taking antihistamine, you know full well, that each time you have a sting, the condition worsens.

If, on the other hand, you treat the bee sting with a homeopathic remedy such as Ledum or Apis, you will not only resolve the problem more easily and quickly, but each time you are bitten, the reaction will lessen, until it becomes what is considered normal.

So when you are weighing up the cost of natural health versus western medicine, take into consideration the long term view.

As a natural medicine practitioner, I know I don't get the right remedy 100% of the time. That used to bother me. I used to be concerned that I was wasting my patient's hard earned cash if I didn't deliver.

Now I realise that it's not just me at fault. Apart from the fact I'm human and so do make mistakes, if the patient isn't forthcoming, I can't do much.

But what I really admire about natural medicine is that when I do make a mistake, it doesn't have any real impact on you, the patient. I didn't take the wrong kidney out, or give you too large a dose of a dangerous drug which pushed you close to or over the edge.

And when you consider the cost of surgery, you can have many, many natural medicine consultations to the same value. Somewhere within them, one natural health practitioner or another will be able to help you.

How come all teen dramas are about shallow rich kids?

That's all I ever hear about when it comes to drama. Seriously I can't stand watching stuff like that. I'd rather hear about real people with real problems. Why don't they have any teen dramas with middle class kids? Rich people aren't interesting anyways. If wanted to see rich kids bitching and moaning about how hard they have it, I would just go to school. Unfortunantly I'm forced to go there.

Well, if you think about it. Which would the GENERAL public prefer (not yourself) rich kids with different kinds of problems or normal teens with normal problems. The producers of ANY TV series of course want to make more money and to do that appeal to what the public wants.

So much has been said about this subject in the past but I feel I must reiterate the importance of getting your own domain name if you are to be taken seriously in the home business world.

There is nothing more off-putting than seeing an ad with a free domain name attached (i.e. http://www.freedomain.yourname.com). I personally will bypass such businesses.

The fact of the matter is that a business person who is not prepared to pay a sum, of at most $35 per year, to register a domain name just doesn't deserve to be taken seriously. You can of course find sites that will register your domain name for as little as $10 per year. You can then get your website hosted for a few dollars per month.

Registering your domain name builds credibility and creates an identity for your business.

When choosing a domain name it is better to use a term that is going to stick in the mind of prospective buyers, something that your visitors will remember you by. For example "Betterbuymarketing.com" would be an example of a relatively short and catchy domain. Unfortunately a greater % of two word domain names have been taken up by the 100,000s of online businesses but if you persist you can get something suitable.

It doesn't have to be a .com name although this is preferable. I personally host two of my sites using the .info and .biz domains. See below:
http://www.workathomebiz.info/
http://www.workfromhomebiz.biz/

It is also a great idea to use keywords relating to the type of business you run. You can see from my own two businesses above that this has been my strategy. This can significantly enhance search engine ranking for these keywords and I now rank in the top pages of Google/Yahoo for both these sites with the terms "work from home" and "work at home business information".

Another important aspect of owning your own domain is when it comes to e-mail marketing. Who are you more likely to buy from, bob@yahoo.com or bob@betterbuymarketing.com? Selling online is all about building trust between you and your customers and registering your domain can go a long way towards building this bond between you and your website visitors.

Whether you use the above strategies or not, it is extremely important that you take that first step now and register your own domain name. At the very least the name will become your property and, depending on the amount of work you put into building your web presence, may become very valuable one day.

Do you have to travel by air in the coming future? If you have to, are you a pet owner who needs to bring his pet along with him? Although most of us leave our pets at home, there may be many who may not want to do so. Regardless of the reasons for wanting or needing to travel with your pet or pets, there are a number of important points that one will require to keep in mind.

The primary step in traveling with a pet is to make sure that you can do so. Even though a good number of airlines will permit pets on their planes, not all will. You may be in a mess if you plan to depart from a small airport with only one or two airlines. If they do not take in pets or if their rules and restrictions are too stringent for you to handle, you will want to scrutinize other nearby airports, especially those that are larger in size.

When traveling by air with your pet or pets, it is vital to remember that you will be charged an additional fee. Unluckily, many first time pet travelers believe that they can use their pets and their pet carriers to count towards as a carry-on bag or a checked bag. One will, almost always, be charged an extra fee for traveling with a pet. This extra fee will probably depend on the airline in question as well as on your pet's location, such as in the cabin or in the baggage compartment.

This leads to another vital point. Even though some of the airlines allow pets, like cats and dogs, aboard their flights, they do not allow pets to be in the cabin with other passengers. This is particularly common incase of small planes where allergies may be a big factor. If one cannot part with his pet, be sure to search an airline that will allow you to keep him or her in the cabin with you. Also, remember that the size of your pet will also play a major factor in the options available.

Apart from of where your pet is stored for the plane ride, you will also need to have a pet carrier or crate for them. Many airlines have precise rules and restrictions on what type can be used. Resections generally include materials used, as well as size. Speaking of pet crates and carriers, it is vital to make sure that one gives his pet adequate room to stand and move around a little bit.

It is also vital to make sure that one gets his pet checked by their vet. One will want to make sure that his pet has all required vaccinations and also they are fit to travel. Also, all airlines require that one receive a health certificate, which will state that your pet is healthy and safe for travel.
